The motivation of nurses has influenced on the quality of patient care services. We conducted the study with two objectives: 1) Describe the motivation; 2) Analyze factors affecting the motivation of nurses in Clinical Departments of Hospital for Tropical Diseases in Ho Chi Minh City in 2017.
